Tot Torna is a network of companies, individuals and third sector organisations in Mallorca that come together to provide mutual support and move towards a more sustainable economic model that respects the environment and people.
First of all, the companies that are part of our network make contributions according to the scheme that best suits their activity. We then use part of these contributions to finance our work, and the rest we allocate to projects and initiatives in the third sector in Mallorca. However, it doesn't end there; the money raised also allows us to create seminars and multi-sector conferences, interdisciplinary workshops or best practices programs that aim to create synergies among our members.
Of course, to access Tot Torna, a series of environmental, socio-cultural and economic criteria must be met. But remember, this is a stimulating learning process and we all have room for improvement!
The first block aims to determine how companies interact with the environment and what impact they have on the territory. To do this, we analyse criteria such as waste management, energy consumption and water use, among others.
The second block aims to provide a more social, community and cultural approach that allows us to understand how the company interacts with the people in its environment based on criteria such as family reconciliation, gender equality or working conditions, among others.
The third block aims to present an alternative vision to the current economic model, which not only seeks to maximise economic profits but also takes into account how companies spend their money, where they reinvest it and what type of banking they use, among others.
The companies, based in Mallorca, can be of different sizes and come from different sectors, as long as their main activity is not directly detrimental to environmental and social wellbeing.
We not only need businesses that are exemplary in the three blocks that make up Tot Torna, but also those that have the will to improve on certain criteria and want to take steps to return to the community and create a healthy business network.
The entities, as well as individual initiatives, will develop their activity in Mallorca and will have to accredit a series of criteria. Afterwards, once Tot Torna has reached a certain number of collaborating companies, we will be able to start financing projects and initiatives.
These can have any purpose that serves to move towards an island with greater resilience, with greater environmental quality and, of course, greater social welfare.

We are a group of young people rooted both in our land and in our sea. Each one of us with very diverse knowledge, we got together more than three years ago with the aim of giving back to our islands everything they have given us. We are aware that the multiple crises we face all have simpler solutions than we usually think, as long as the community is involved.
